#reverb12 Day 2: Your most significant spend?

What was your most significant expenditure in 2012?

It doesn't have to be necessarily the biggest expenditure, just the one with the most impact.

What difference has it made to your life?

If you're joining us for the first time, everything you need to know about #reverb12 (including a list of daily prompts, as they are published) can be found here and here. We're also using the hashtag #reverb12 on twitter and instagram.

We are so very glad that you're here!

P.S. Don't forget to sign up by 8pm AEST tonight to the linky list if you want to be in the running to win one of Leonie Dawson's 2013 Your Incredible Year workbooks!

  2. Our most significant spend this year was definitely buying our first house, not only because of the amount of money but we finally have a house of our own!

  13. My post is done. I meant to write it last night but life got in the way. It was exciting because my spend was so long in the making! (My other significant spend is always creative supplies, not nearly as exotic... or maybe... more?)

  19. The first thing that came to mind with this prompt is the new book press I just got, but my dear boyfriend bought that for me. Does it still count if I didn't make the purchase with my own money??? =-\

I will continue to ponder this question/prompt though so I can think of something I purchased myself that has made an impact on me...

  20. Buying tickets for myself and my two kids to surprise my parents at home and spend ten lovely days with them. They never expected it!
