Reverb14 Day 14: roots and anchors (with thanks to Amy of The Anxious Hippie)

Today's prompt and image come from Amy of The Anxious Hippie. It's been a privilege to get to know Amy through her online life and watch her step up to her gifts as a teacher (both of middle school English and yoga). I'm also indebted to her for her recipe for overnight oats!

Amy writes:

The idea of rooting down into your own personal beliefs and center of truth is an ongoing process, and many things can serve as anchors or roots as you move through life.

What rooted or anchored you in 2014?

And where do you want to put down roots in 2015?

Thank you Amy!

You are warmly invited to share your response in the linky below. Be sure to check out the other amazing responses while you're there! (Trust me, this is how the magic happens.)

This prompt is part of the Reverb14 reflective writing challenge. The full set of prompts can be viewed here once they are published.
